Matt’s professional career in photography began after he studied Hair at Toni and Guy and gained a Diploma in TV and Film Makeup.
With 5 years experience including working for a model agency doing test shoots and freelancing, he’s shot pretty much everything from bands, hotel brochures and fashion advertising campaigns and has received great reviews on his event photography. He also owns his own studio.
Matt is driven by seeing his work featured in magazines and as an obsessive collector he’s heavily influenced by Vogue and Pop magazine’s fashion photographers. Rankin and David Lachapelle’s inspire his portrait and music portfolios, “I like to keep my work looking fresh, often dramatic and by being spontaneous it keeps me on my toes”.
Matt puts his all in to each and every shoot he does. His favorite project is usually the one he’s currently working on…that is until he starts the next!
